Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary

Supporting various animal sanctuary projects

Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary is located in beautiful Mount Helena, Western Australia, approximately 35 minutes from Perth CBD. They make every effort to protect as many animals as possible through rescue, fostering, education and rehabilitation. Currently, more than 230 animals reside at Possubm Valley requiring different levels of care. The sanctuary is run by Chris and Mark, along with many dedicated volunteers and animal advocates helping care for the animals.

Government fundng for animal welfare is very limited. The cost of maintaining the 30 acre property are huge, as well as food, medication, transport costs, with the highest outlay being veterinaty care.

Brown Plumb Animal Protection Foundation is proudly supporting the Possum Valley Animal Sanctuary with some of their urgent projects including transport vehicles, construction of a new animal enclosure and some veterinary support. There is much more needed and we have pledged to continue working with Possum Valley.
